Pump Pilot Club ("we", "the extension", "the service") provides multi-market intelligence for Solana, Ethereum/Base, Hyperliquid, Polymarket, tokenized stocks, and NFTs. This policy explains what data is processed by the extension, website, and backend.

1. What We Do Not Collect

• Wallet connection is optional. The service never requests or receives private keys or seed phrases. To prove ownership, your wallet signs a one-time plain-text verification message that cannot move funds or authorize a transaction.
• No identity profile. We do not require a name or conventional user account. If you voluntarily use the contact form, the email address and message you submit are stored so the team can respond.
• No account or login. The extension requires no registration of any kind.
• No browsing history. We do not read or transmit your browser history, tabs, or any activity outside of pump.fun-related functionality.
• No card or bank data. Extension tiers are determined from public token/NFT holdings. The optional developer API supports on-chain micropayments; Pump Pilot does not receive card numbers or bank credentials.

2. What Data Is Processed

Pump Pilot operates as a read-only market intelligence tool. The following data is processed to deliver the service:

• Public market and on-chain data. Token launches, trades, wallet activity, positions, market prices, NFT events, and related metadata are processed from public blockchains and market-data providers.
• Local extension storage. Saved alerts, interface preferences, connected public wallet address, signed membership session, and tracked-wallet lists are primarily stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. A tracked public address may be sent to the backend when you request statistics or alerts for it.
• Backend requests and operational logs. The extension connects to api.pumppilot.club. Standard infrastructure may process an IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, rate-limit counters, and errors for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• Wallet verification (optional). The public wallet address, one-time nonce, and signature are sent to the backend. The address is queried through blockchain RPC providers such as Alchemy, Helius, ApeChain endpoints, or public RPC nodes to verify holdings. Successful proof produces a time-limited signed session. No transaction is initiated.
• Contact requests. Email, message, page, and submission time are stored only when you voluntarily submit the contact form.

3. Permissions Used

Pump Pilot requests the following Chrome permissions, each with a specific and limited purpose:

• storage / unlimitedStorage — To save your alerts, coins, and wallet list locally in your browser. Unlimited storage is required due to the volume of alert and coin data accumulated throughout daily and weekly periods.
• alarms — To poll for new alerts and token data at regular intervals when the extension is active.
• sidePanel — To display the Pump Pilot interface as a Chrome side panel.
• notifications — To surface high-score token alerts as desktop notifications (optional, browser-controlled).
• host permissions (api.pumppilot.club) — To retrieve intelligence, verify membership, submit optional watchlist changes, and report user-requested contact/error information. Most traffic is read-only; explicit watchlist actions use POST or DELETE.
• host permissions (Solana RPC) — Retained for optional read-only public-chain checks. No transaction is signed or submitted by Pump Pilot.

4. Third-Party Services

Pump Pilot uses market-data, blockchain RPC, infrastructure, and analytics providers. Public wallet addresses or requested public assets may be included where necessary to perform a lookup.

• PumpPortal — Public WebSocket API for pump.fun token events (pumpportal.fun)
• DexScreener — Public API for token price and metadata (dexscreener.com)
• IPFS — Public content-addressed storage for token images and metadata
• Alchemy, Helius, Solana RPC, and ApeChain RPC providers — Read-only public wallet and token/NFT holding checks
• Cloudflare — Website/API delivery, security, rate limiting, and operational request processing
• Google Analytics — Anonymous usage telemetry (page views, feature usage within the extension) for product improvement. No personally identifiable information is collected.

5. Data Retention

Public market and blockchain intelligence is retained in PostgreSQL according to operational retention rules. Wallet ownership challenges expire after approximately five minutes. Membership sessions expire automatically. Contact submissions and security/error logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, reliability, security, and legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending. Limited data is processed by the infrastructure, analytics, blockchain RPC, and market-data providers described above only to operate, secure, and improve the service or fulfill a user-requested lookup.

7. Children's Privacy

Pump Pilot is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as the extension evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
